Park Information:
Rising majestically from
the shores of the Minas Basin, Blomidon Provincial Park is renowned
for its spectacular views. Blomidon's 759 ha include 180 m
high cliffs, a variety of habitats, striking natural features,
abundant wildlife -- and the world's highest tides wash its shores.
These natural attractions provide excellent opportunities for
camping, hiking, beachcombing, photography or just appreciating
nature.

Blomidon Provincial
Park is open from May 21 to Sept. 6 (for the 2010 season) and offers
a 70-site campground with both woodland and open sites, two picnic
areas, an unsupervised beach near the park entrance, and hiking
trails. A group campsite, with kitchen shelter and fire grills, is
available by reservation only.

Blomidon Provincial Park is
located on Nova Scotia's Fundy Coast, 25 kilometres north of Highway
101, Exit 11. From Exit 11, follow Route 358 to Canning,
then proceed through Pereau to the park. Our civic address is: 3138
