Park Information:
Just a few kilometres from one of
Nova Scotia's points of entry, Caribou/Munroes Island Provincial
Park makes a marvelous stop on your way to or from Prince Edward
Island.
A mile long sand beach offers some of the warmest saltwater swimming
north of the Carolinas and the campground provide excellent
opportunities for camping, or just appreciating nature.

Island Provincial Park is open from June 18 - Oct. 11 (for the 2010
season) offering a 95-site campground, picnic areas, and an
unsupervised beach. There is a walking trail along the beach out to the island.
